There is a choice of despatching your goods either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery at a cost of £3.00 or by Royal Mail Signed For Next Day Special Delivery at a cost of £5.00 - we do recommend however that you choose Next Day Special Delivery for items over £30.00 bearing in mind that Special Delivery is a much safer and secure option

For all International destinations we charge a Flat Rate of £5.50 all orders are sent by International Signed For Post

Additional Charges that maybe payable on International orders, for example import or customs duties remain the sole responsibility of the buyer

You are currently able to pay us via Paypal's and Google Checkout's secure checkout process. A simple home made solution can be made by adding one teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) to 500ml of boiling hot water, put this solution into a glass baking dish and drop the silver items into the solution until any tarnishing has disappeared. Rinse the silver with water and gently buff it dry with a soft towel.

Always clean with a soft cloth or better still a special silver cleaning cloth. Be careful if your jewellery has gemstones especially ones that are porous such as Lapis Lazuli, Turquoise or Pearls as the chemicals will damage them. Do not use dips of any sort for items of jewellery with stones. You can clean these items with a cream silver cleaner taking care not to get the cleaner anywhere near the stone.

Never leave your silver jewellery lying against bare wood. Wood, especially oak, contains an acid that will mar the surface of the silver. Paper and cardboard, since they are wood pulp products will also have the same effect, so try to avoid storing silver in envelopes or cardboard boxes.

Try to store your silver jewellery in small sealed plastic bags, this will protect it from rubbing and scratches it also protects it from the air which causes it to tarnish quickly.

We try to ensure that all our jewellery sold is of excellent quality and craftsmanship and is only sold if it is in perfect condition. Sometimes on rare occasions faults do occur or the item may become damaged in transit. Under these circumstances we will be pleased to exchange the item or offer a full refund including the cost of returning the item to us. Please contact us by email info@sirajjewellery.co.uk or ring us on 0845 463 4819 in the first instance whereupon we will await the return to our address at PO Box 2112 Worthing BN12 9BP West Sussex.

You have a statutory right to cancel and return your order at any time up to 7 working days after receipt. If you wish to cancel and return your order anytime during this time just let us know by email in the first instance and return the item to Siraj Jewellery PO Box 2112 Worthing BN12 9BP West Sussex. We request that you return the item complete with original packaging for a full refund of your original payment including postage. We also recommend that you return the item to us by Recorded Delivery post or by Special Delivery post. Please note that the cost of returning the goods to us are not refundable. Upon receipt a full refund will be issued back to you.

For your assistance in making a purchase we feel it important to give you as much information about about our jewellery items as possible such as the measurement and weight, this we feel is particularly important in the case of sterling silver items. If there is anything that we may have overlooked please let us know.
